Jessica is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma informed care. Providing individual, couples, and group therapy. Integrating evidence based modalities with down to earth human to human connection. 

Jessica utilizes both Top Down therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to examine and manage unhelpful thoughts, regulate emotions, and shift maladaptive behaviors. As well as Bottom-Up therapies like Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and experiential modalities to process trauma and stress by calming the body and nervous system.
